Donation to Charity:  There will be a Charity Auction on Saturday night to benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation www.cff.org with 100% of money raised at the auction will go to CFF

Cost of vendor space and what it includes: $125  - Exhibit tables include (1 Table size 2 1/2 by 6 feet, 2 chairs & 2 vendor passes). $75 - Per extra table. Includes (2 extra chairs only - extra vendor passes NOT included)

Location of Event: Holiday Inn, 1498 Venetian Blvd, Sarnia, Ontario, Canada  

 

Hours: August 5th 7pm-12pm, August 6th 9 am opening ceremonies- 8pm, August 7th 9 am- 5pm closing event

Vendor space information:  $250 USD for an 8' Vendor table, which includes access to electriciy and ample advertising space

Deadline for ticket purchases and if they can they be purchased online:  Tickets can be purchased online there is no set dead line as of yet however keep in mind they are going steadily. V.I.P. Tickets are separate from the Event tickets and can only be purchased through the office of Robbie Thomas at 519-337-8333.
