  How to Submit an Event

How to Submit an Event to the P.C.S.A.

Please cut and paste the following into an email and email it to:  P.C.S.A.

All information must be filled out.  Failure to answer any of the questions could result in a delay in listing your event.

Submissions must be done by the group or individual that is holding the event.

If you have a banner for your event please be sure to attach it to the email.

5.  Location of Event:

6.  What are the hours of the event? 

7.  What is the cost of the tickets? 

8.  Is this a charity event? (If so please list the charity and how much of the proceeds is going    to charity)

9.  Is the location handicapped equipped?

10. Cost of vendor space, what it includes and deadline if applicable

11. Who are your guest speakers? 

12. What is the deadline for ticket purchases and can they be purchased online?

13. Website of Event and Contact information
